Our schools need a representative on the board who understands education and encourages public participation in the decision-making process of our district. I will use my experience and the skills I developed as an educator for 30 years to be an effective school board member that listens and voices the concerns of the community I represent.
I believe the education of our children, who are destined to become America's future citizens, is at its best when schools are inclusive and celebrate our diversity. Providing an equitable education for all Wasatch County children ensures that our communities will have future leaders with knowledge, understanding and respect for all. If elected to the Wasatch County School Board I will commit to protecting an equitable public education for every student in our school district.
